A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 15 days of check-in.
For stays of more than two nights, a discount will be applied at the time of booking.
For single-night stays, please kindly request a discount code (coupon) via email, which must be entered when booking online.
For families of more than 4 people, connecting apartments are available. In this case, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Please contact us for more information.
For groups or events, it is possible to rent the entire property — please contact us via email for more information.
In July and August, bookings are accepted with a minimum stay of 6 nights

What does "self-contained breakfast" mean?
By self-contained breakfast, we mean that all breakfast items (coffee, milk, cakes, local jams, etc.) are left in the apartment, and you’ll only need to heat up your milk for coffee or tea. Breakfast is typically Italian-style, meaning sweet; if you’d prefer a savory breakfast or have other preferences, please kindly send us an email specifying what you’d like.
Are check-in and check-out times flexible?
Yes, the times are flexible — simply specify this at the time of booking and kindly send us a message one hour before your arrival at the property. A late check-out until 7:00 PM is also possible for an additional fee.
Is a laundry room available?
Yes, a coin-operated laundry room is available, with a washing machine, detergents, and an iron and ironing board, shared with the other apartments.
